Wondering how other sorted out the problem of the registering entity
for .org domains.

Do we have a centralized registering entity for all the
postgresql.org.* domains or should we consider our own entity here in
AR?

If an international group can register a domain, we could do it through SPI,
but we would need to know if there are any regulations against this.

i don't think SPI can register org.ar, there are many regulations to do that.
Asking: can we do the registration thru a Free Software Organization here in
Argentina?
