Where are these mysterious patches? I looked on the JDBC Drivers
Website [http://jdbc.postgresql.org], but didn't see them. I also
didn't see them on the PG Unapplied Patches list.

Help?

I am working on getting a version of these to apply to current CVS and
hopefully be applied. Unfortunately the jdbc developers with commit
rights are busy with other things at the moment.
