All,

Should I be putting images, graphics files, etc. on media.postgresql.org
or developer.postgresql.org/~jberkus? And whichever it is, can someone
remind me how to sftp to it, since both of those time out using port 22?

It should be media.postgresql.org. That moved into a new network
earlier this year, and is now behind a firewall. If you can email me
the IP address (v4 or v6 or both) of a jump host you can use, I'll add
that to the access list for SSH.
