On the manual page there is missing the windows help file for postgreSQL 9.

Seems we don't have Windows help/.chm files for PG 9.0. I see them for
8.3 and 8.4:

Also, one of our users has created one for 9.0.2:

Should we add a link to this and get it on our release checlist?

Uh. The first question is why we stopped providing them for 9.0. Does
anybody know? Dave, I think you used to make them?

They used to be built for pgInstaller, but the one-clicks use HTML.
