Hey all,

In advance of tomorrow's meeting, here's another graphic that outlines
some of the organization of the RT schema:

http://bestpractical.com/rt/3.4-schema.png

Jesse tells me email messages are stored in the "Attachments" table. I
guess you'd think of them as mail parts. Are the headers stored there,
too?

Some food for thought for tomorrow. I'll try to spend a little time
understanding it myself before the meeting.

Cheers,

David

"tomorrow"? Did I miss a date change? I thought it was last week.

Matz the creator of the Ruby language was at a social on Thursday, and
a bunch of the PostgreSQL crew went to that instead so the
presentation got moved.

Incidentally I got a great contact from one of the 14 people visiting
from Japan. She wants to move to Portland, and start a business
around Postgres.

So <http://pugs.postgresql.org/node/158> which is the most recent
info I could find on the web, is wrong?

Can we please have an updated post?

Not only that, but I don't see anything on this mailing list either. No
*wonder* I didn't know. Nobody ever said anything to any place in cyberspace!

It is a wonder :)

Most updated post (from last week): http://pugs.postgresql.org/node/154

There were also 5-6 mailing list messages on PDXPUG, Code-n-splode and
Perl Mongers.

See some threads at:

Oddly weird... that node is *followed* by a node which moves it *back*
to the other date.

Ahh, because those threads when trimmed to 80 chars say

"[pdxpug] Still meeting on Thursday (tomorrow),"

which I ignored because I couldn't make last thursday's meeting.

Darn 80 chars. Please put important info before the 40-char cut mark!
