Sticking my neck out as I'm not a native english speaker, but itsn't
"backup" a single word when it's a noun? "You should back up your data"
seems right, but "take a backup of your data" at least soudns better to
me :)

If anyone wants to give this the ole once over, i plan to commit later this
morning (want to run it through a validator first)
