Whilst I hate to dismiss Cornelia's support for Ads, seconds (like
nominations) need to be made by current PostgreSQL EU members, which
Cornelia is not.

Ups - I thought I am (beeing the regional contact for PostgreSQL for
Germany during several years (until 2009) and beeing registered for the
press-project of pgfoundry ... )

PostgreSQL project in the past.
