Hello,
Although this should be fairly obvious we are recovering from:
http://www.google.com/news?hl=en&ned=us&q=oregon+storm&btnG=Search+News
There are only so many times that a generator can kick on before the
batteries deplete. We are doing the best we can, thanks for your patience.
