Hello PostgreSQL hackers,

I'm forwarding an extract of a message from the cygwin mailing list.

The thread which started the message was:

The problem is illustrated below:
(If it's of any use, Cygserver has been run successfully and CYGWIN=server was set.)

What does the line

mean?
