Hi,
How close are we to being able to use the "new" IPC functions in the
Cygwin DLL and getting rid of ipc-daemon2 ?

Now that Cygwin 1.5.10 has been released, I will release a Cygwin
PostgreSQL built against cygserver at my earliest convenience. Sorry,
no ETA.
