Hi all;

found a bit of outdated info on the advocacy site.

site: http://advocacy.postgresql.org/advantages/

It states:
Loadable extensions offering SHA1, MD5, XML, and other functionality

But-- MD5 is available as part of the stock 7.4 distribution.

So, I am suggesting changing that to:

Native support for MD5
Loadable support for SHA1, XML, and other functionality

Best Wishes,
Chris Travers

I agree except:

Native support for MD5 (as of 7.4.x)
Loadable support for SHA1, XML, and other functionality

There are a whole lot of people still running 7.2 and 7.3.
