Define a (Windows) System variable called "CYGWIN" with a value of
"ntsec". BTW, recent Cygwin versions default to ntsec on anyway...

Hi Jason,

I'm following the instruction on installing cygwin and postgresql under
windows 2000. On item 10 when you said:

10] Assumes that ntsec is set via the CYGWIN environment variable.

How can I be sure that it's set?

Thanks
-Jeff

No. IMO, monitoring the status of Cygwin mirrors is not an effective
use of my time.
