I'm having trouble getting pgaccess to run. It says there is no
pg_hba.conf entry for host 127.0.0.1, USER MSCHWERY, database NEWS. I've
tried the examples that it said would allow anyone to connect but still
get the error. Please help

-- try editing the pg_hba.conf and restart the
postmaster.
