why not have more friendly URL like
http://developer.postgresql.org/docs/Why_PostgreSQL_instead_of_MySQL

In my understanding it could be possible adding ScriptAlias lines to
httpd.conf, something like

ScriptAlias /docs/ /path/to/index.php/
ScriptAlias /docs /path/to/index.php

Also, printable version of page should have some margins for more
comfortable printing.
