What does this mean?
Is this anything to worry about?

This type of message is occuring very regularly in the pgsql log file:
2003-01-31 12:04:52 [16181] WARNING: Closing pre-existing portal "PgSQL_008D8738"
2003-01-31 12:04:52 [16181] WARNING: PerformPortalClose: portal "pgsql_008d8738" not found
