Hello,
after a crash and brainlessly having deleted pg_log, the structure of the
db seems to be damaged. There are no databases and tables to be found, but
a certain "select" shows up a query-result with no tuples returned.
Inside the data/base/*-Directory all data seems to be there and up to
date, which means: There are files named by tables and filled with lots of
well-known data.
How can I get back the data? Recovering the structure is no problem, but
the current content must be transferred! I hope I described the problem so
than someone gets the idea an can help!
PG is 5.4.3 on Linux 2.2.10
Thanks for you help
Ralf
