This patch needs a small rebase, it has been broken by a590f266 that fixed
WAL replay for brin indexes:
patching file src/backend/access/brin/brin_xlog.c
Hunk #2 FAILED at 42.
Hunk #3 FAILED at 91.
This will facilitate testing as well.
