Yes, I would like to work on pgsql_fdw and other SQL/MED issues in 9.2
development cycle. I'm planning to start major pgsql_fdw work after CF
2011-06, and before that I'm going to work on some common SQL/MED issues
such as per-column options and table inheritance.
