However, you can see a list of its SRPMs here:

http://distro.ibiblio.org/pub/Linux/distributions/redhat/enterprise/3/en/os/i386/SRPMS/
and presumably on other mirrors.

it includes rh-postgresql-7.3.4-8.src.rpm (14.9Mb) and
mysql-3.23.58-1.src.rpm (11.5 Mb)
