Log Message:
-----------
Omit src/port/pipe.c on non-Windows platforms. It's useless and draws
complaints about empty object files on some platforms, eg Darwin.

Modified Files:
--------------
pgsql/src/port:
Makefile (r1.36 -> r1.37)
(http://anoncvs.postgresql.org/cvsweb.cgi/pgsql/src/port/Makefile?r1=1.36&r2=1.37)
