This is obviously not a bug...
PostgreSQL needs very little RAM and disk space to be installed - I'm not
sure an actual number would be of much use.
I suggest posting considerably more detail, to the general mailing list, if
you need a better answer - particularly one that considers actually storing
and retrieving user data from a running database instance.
