using psqlodbc-07_02_0001 on w2k server (running IIS) and using an ASP
application to select count(x) from table where blah blah...... I get
the error....

Microsoft OLE DB Provide for ODBC drivers error '80040e21' ODBC driver
doesn't support the requested properties.

This line indicated is the Rs.Open x, Conn line in the ASP code.

Downgraded to psqlodbc-07_01_0010.zip and everything works fine.

PostGres is 7.2.1
