The error is:

PHP Fatal error:  Call to a member function getLatest() on a non-object in 
/usr/local/www/developer.postgresql.org/www/includes/SkinTemplate.php on line

The function is:

includes/Article.php:   function getLatest() {

But, beyond that ... someone that understands this code (Greg?) is going to 
have to figure what is wrong, as there are no other errors ...

I'm looking through the code to see if I can figure *something* out, but 
SkinTemplate.php hasn't been modified since Aug 2nd, so its not as if someone 
did a recent change to the code or anything ...
