Using a desktop mail reader?  if so, login id is 
davidfetter(at)postgresql(dot)org, not just davidfetter ...

Click on the Settings link (looks like a gear?) ... then click on your 
email box on the top for email settings ... the system is designed so that 
I could, in theory, assign other mailboxes to you (ie. mailing lists) so 
they throw in that one extra step to get to personal settings ...
