Isn't this going to mean \g is listed twice?

	+   fprintf(output, _("Execution\n"));
	+   fprintf(output, _("  \\g or ;    execute query\n\n"));

If you want I can look at reorganizing the \? help.  I have a larger
reorganization mind.
