Changing Port number in a File DSN

I am unable to change the port number from 5432 to the correct port number for my PostgreSQL database when I create a File DSN. I am need to migrate data from Microsoft Access to PostgresQL and a File DSN connecting to my PostgreSQL database is required. Any help is greatly appreciated.
