Soalris compiller error for driver 08.03.0300

New version of psqlodbc driver can%u2019t compile on Sun (both Sparc and Intel processor) using cc compiler (cc: Sun C 5.8 2005/10/13) because cc compiler doesn%u2019t recognize %u2013Wall option that is passed to compiler. This option is defined in Makefile.in (.am) files. To allow compiling psqlodbc driver on Solaris platform it is necessary to disable this switch.
