Float in java, come in Postgres?

Salve, ho la necessità di salvare un float da java nel db e di ritirarlo su. Il tutto viene fatto attraverso ibatis. il problema è: che tipo di dato devo settare in Postgres? mi da sempre errore in fase di select. in fase di insert inserisce NULL. qualcuno sa aiutarmi? grazie. -- Stefano
