You can find it at: http://search.cpan.org/dist/DBD-Pg/ 2.13.1 addressed a minor leak in pg_warn. 2.13.0 applied better SQLSTATE codes 2.12.0 changed the large object interface to use pg_lo_* (instead of the improper lo_* method), and fixed a handful of other minor problems.
