pg_config.h on interix

I've got pg 7.4.1 compiled (but not linked) on interix. The major obstacle was that configure was not writing pg_config.h properly. It leaves everything commented even though configure gives reasonable answers to all the questions. Any suggestions? Regards, Merlin
