I've upgraded from PostgreSQL 8.0 to version 8.1 running
on Win XP.
I have an interface developed in Delphi 6 that now won't
connect to PostgreSQL. I get an "error connecting to libpq.dll".
Are there any thoughts on where the problem may be - the
.dll file, the connection or Delphi? I am using PostgreDAC as a connection
tool.
