Compilation de PostGreSQL sous Windows 64 bits

Bonjour,Je suis novice en ce qui concerne les compilations sous Windows 64 bits et j'ai une question concernant l'environnement UNIX sous Windows 64 bits. Comment puis-je avoir un environnement de compilation UNIX ? J'ai tenté d'installer MKS Toolkit, Windows Services for UNIX 3.5, ... mais sans succès.
Est-ce que vous avez déjà tenté de compiler PostGreSQL sous Windows 64 bits ? Quels outils avez vous utilisé pour pouvroi lancer la suite de commande "./configure", "make", "make install" ?
