That, is an extremely important thing to note. Whilst I did say that I'd
like to visit Prague, I'm happy go anywhere, just as long as there is
beer and other Postgres people. If the guys in CR don't have the time or
resources right now, we should look at other venues.
  

I agree with Pavel on this, I don't think it's in powers of Czech community (I am Czech) to make conference next year, especially when he is in Denmark.
Which means I am for Vienna too.
