Hmm, al momento de compilar el paquete (lo cual sospecho que se hace con
la orden "make PGXS=1 install" que mostraste al principio) debe
generarse un archivo table_log.sql (sin el .in).  Ese es el que debes
ejecutar.

Si ya ejecutaste el make install, entonces el archivo deberia estar en
PREFIX/share/contrib o algo por el estilo (tiene que haberte indicado el
make en que lugar dejo los archivos).
