So das Problem ist soweit gelöst. Die Datenbank frisst wieder riesige 
Brocken.

Wir haben den shared_buffers runtergedreht auf 3 GB, damit hat es dann 
letztlich geklappt. Der Speicher war bis Oberkante Unterlippe für die 
DB, da ists klar das der bei der kleinsten Datei die Grätsche macht.

konnt ja nicht klappen :)
