Log Message:
-----------
Fix incorrect tests for undef Perl values in some places in plperl.c.
The correct test for defined-ness is SvOK(sv), not anything involving
SvTYPE. Per bug #3415 from Matt Taylor.
Back-patch as far as 8.0; no apparent problem in 7.x.

Modified Files:
--------------
    pgsql/src/pl/plperl:
        plperl.c (r1.128 -> r1.129)
        (http://developer.postgresql.org/cvsweb.cgi/pgsql/src/pl/plperl/plperl.c.diff?r1=1.128&r2=1.129)
