pgloader ETL releases version 2.3.0, implementing parallel loading

I'm pleased to announce the new version of pgloader, the multi-platform python 
ETL. This 2.3.0 version of it allows you to play with several parallel 
loading options, as presented on the pgfoundry announce and on the manual
