PostgreSQL top (ptop) 3.6.1 Beta 1 released

I'm pleased to announce the first beta version of ptop.  It is a
utility that provides a display of top PostgreSQL processes and other
database statistics such as:

- Current queries.
- Query plans.
- Locks.
- User table statistics.
- User index statistics.
