pgEdit 1.3 beta 1

pgEdit 1.3 is available for beta testing. New features include:

- New definition browser tool can be used to find and browse  
definitions in open files, recently used files, and file system  
directories.

- New command to jump to the PHP documentation for the selected symbol.

- Macintosh version now runs natively on both PPC and Intel  
processors (Universal Binary).
