And, BTW ... your proposal, unless I miss read, was to do:

s/PostgreSQL/Postgres/g

on the docs, except for the first sentence ... that isn't even close to a 
simple change of:

PostgreSQL, also known as Postgres, ...

Which *is* palatable ..
