Upcoming elections for the board of directors

Hi,

It's that time of the year again for the yearly elections to the board
of directors. The board has decided on the following timetable for next
year's elections:

January 9th, 2012: Nominations open
January 23rd, 2012: Nominations close
January 30th, 2012: Voting begins
February 13th, 2012: Voting ends, results are announced

In order to be eligible to vote, you must be a registered member of
PostgreSQL Europe prior to January 2nd, 2012. If you are one already,
make sure it hasn't expired - see
https://www.postgresql.eu/membership/.

The current board of directors consists of:
Magnus Hagander, Andreas Scherbaum, Jean-Paul Argudo, Guillaume
Lelarge and Dave Page.

This year, Andreas Scherbaum, Guillaume Lelarge, and Dave Page will be
stepping down, since their term has expired. The remaining two board
members will remain on the board until next years elections.
