Eh, AFAIK 2 were given to postgresqlfr and 2 to postgresql global, no? 

We have a VM provisioned and ready on the server in Austria, but we are
considering instaed using one of the "global" machines in fr. I know
nothing about the postgresqlfr machines, other than that they are not
maintained by the global sysadmins team in any way.
