Hi and thanks for answer, but I finally found the solution yesterday.
The default user name for PostgreSQL 8.3 is: PowerRecon, and it´s password:
34-Tectonic-plates-W2
I did install it embedded with PlatesPin Recon 3.5 distribution, in
windows2003 Server.

Your English is fine! :-)
How did you install PostgreSQL? If you used the pgInstaller (which I
assume, as you're on Windows) you would have been prompmted for the
initial superuser username and password during the installation.
