Failed ot lounch pgAdmin3 on Leopard

Good day,I'm getting trouble to make pgAdmin3 running on Leopard. I'm always get the error. If I start the pgAdmin 1.8.2, 1.6.3, 1.4.3 it get the error.
If I build pgAdmin3 using the macports - the same situation. In the internet I found that pgAdmin 1.9 would run on Leopard. Can you point me to some point where I can download it.
