pgAdmin III on RHEL4

All, It seems like Sebastien Lardiere is the current maintainer for pgAdmin III on RHEL 4. The official pagAdmin III and PostgreSQL websites have official rpms available for RHEL 4 uptil version 1.4.3 but not after that. However I located the rmps for pgAdmin III version 1.6.2 on Sebastien's website at http://sebastien.lardiere.free.fr/pgadmin3rhel4/RPMS/ My questions are: a) Is this an official release and if so why are they not available from the pgAdmin III website for download ? b) Is the License agreement any different for the rpms from Sebastien's website ?
