backup/restore gone in 1.6.0?

Hi everyone,This is probably a total noob question, but if I go into pgAdmin 1.4.3 and select one of my databases, I can go Tools->Backup, but in 1.6.0 the option is greyed out. My server is still 8.1, not 8.2. Is that what's preventing it?
