pgAdminIII does not respect proxy-settings on HELP/Pg AdminIII Faq

Hello,

today I installed pgAdmin III rc1

It still looks PHANTASTIC!!!! :)

When I go "Hilfe, pgAdmin III FAQ" the appearing Window freezes as well as pgAdmin III

This is within a corporate network, all HTTP- and HTTPS-Access is only possible via a Proxy. (even ping <something> is disabled)

The proxy settings are entered within the "usual place" and are honoured by firefox and internet explorer. FireFox is the DefaultBrowser.

System is Windows XP Prof. SP2.

After some time of trying to do something, pgAdmin prompts a dialog "Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten: Das angeforderte HTML-Dokument konnte nicht geöffnet werden: 
http://www.pgadmin.oirg/faq"

(Error occured: Requested HTML-Dokument could not be opened...)

I suggestto open FAQ in the "default system browser" on Windows, because that would help with proxy and firewall nightmares.
