Solaris Build - clarification

Hi DaveI built pgAdmin3 on solaris (by linking wxwidgets statically during the build time).
i.e) The user will install only pgadmin package.
Wxwidgets files will not be installed explicitly.
I tried to build wxWidgets and pgAdmin packages separately. There are
some build issues.
Hence, I like to know how it is done for other platforms (static link or
two packages).
Will static linking of wxwidgets have licensing issues? Thanks Dhanaraj
