Hi there, Josh Berkus, PostgreSQL core member and PostgreSQL Lead at Sun Microsystems, will be in town tomorrow night. You can ask him about the MySQL merger ;) and how the first 8.4 commitfest is going (the new way PostgreSQL is handling development!). I was thinking of meeting at the Gotham Tavern, which is right on the Max Line in North Portland - a few blocks from the Broadway Bridge. We were going to meet at 8pm. You're all invited!
