Looking for a PostgreSQL Expert/Master in the Baltimore/Washington Area

Hi,I have a client in the Baltimore/Washington area that could use some consulting from a PostgreSQL Expert/Master. They are using PostgreSQL now, but it's not scaling the way they expected. They need someone to review their approach and recommend a path to better performance.
Do you know of anyone in the Baltimore/Washington area that does consulting and qualifies as a bonafide PostgreSQL Expert/Master?
